Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our social media strategy. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be crucial in building our online presence, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with our diverse audience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Creating engaging content in line with our brand voice that resonates with our audience and encourages interaction.
- Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborating with our content creators, designers, and community managers to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to leverage innovative social media tactics.
- Building and managing online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Enhancing the brand's online presence by initiating collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Required Qualifications
To be successful as a Social Media Manager at ZeniMax Media, you should possess the following qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for engaging content.
